In the first decade
During Incentivare's professional career, continuous improvement processes and operational flows were developed, which earned us the status of a company that is a benchmark for quality, trust and credibility in the market.
At the time, Incentivare was selected by Boeing Worldwide to carry out a one-month cultural, educational and business immersion project in Brazil for top executives from companies with authority in various segments of society. Also in this decade, it signed exclusive contracts to hold all events for major companies in the pharmaceutical and other sectors, in addition to being a pioneer in holding annual International Incentive Trips with an audience of over 4,000 winners for a client in the transportation sector.

Already established at the top of the market, it has held the largest events for large multinational companies in destinations such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, New York, Las Vegas, Lisbon, Paris, Rome, London, Madrid, Stockholm, Saint Petersburg, among others, in addition to events from north to south of Brazil with audiences ranging from 50 to 5,000 participants.
During this period, Incentivare added exclusive experiences to its cultural and educational connection trips and events, aligned with the purposes of its clients, consolidating itself as the absolute leader in this segment.
